Hello hello!
It was such a good week here in Fort Mac! We got a couple inches of snow this week it was so exciting:) We met this guy named Philip and he invited us in for a cup of tea and pie. We didn't get more than a couple words in the whole hour that we were there. We were able to tell him a little about the Book of Mormon and asked him to read it. He asked us to come back in a couple days when his wife was home.
We went back to visit Philip a few days later and he was just as welcoming as before. He invited us in and had the tea all ready for us! We met his wife, Faye, and she is just as talkative as he is. We were thinking/hoping she would reign Philip in a little bit, but they just talk right over each other. They are from an island called Newfoundland and they talk really fast with thick accents, it's awesome:) As they were talking, Philip told us he has read the first 50 pages of the Book of Mormon and Faye said she had read a little bit too! We were super pumped until...Faye told us they weren't interested in the gospel. We thought we were going to drop them until...they invited themselves to church! Please pray for them to come to church! I know the spirit is working on them real hard. They are seriously so nice and such good people! When we were leaving their house they asked if there was anything we needed and then they invited us over Christmas! They are seriously gems.
Heavenly Father loves you all so much and He is so aware of everything you are going though! I hope you have a wonderful Halloween and you get loads of candy!
